Out of Jail
FRANKFORT, Kentucky (AP) -- Jail and prison doors swung open Wednesday for the first of hundreds of felons ordered freed by Gov. Paul Patton because of a budget crunch.
This is my state. I live in Kentucky, which is on the southern border of Cincinnati, Ohio. Yikes. Now we can't afford to keep inmates locked up.
Maybe I should start a cut-rate jail in my garage...
